Over the duration of the ngatea road upgrade 80% of buisiness are suffering extremely over their income and livelihood from lack of business, which is still ongoing and it’s very vague on when this disruption will ceased. 
We wish for the business that have been effected to be reimbursed for there losses.Yes the town is still open but a massive chunk of traffic has had to divert other ways to make transport eaiser because of road closure/redirection, which has effected the flow of people through the businesses and therefor effected there income making it hard to support their staff with efficient hours and pay. Some places have had to minimise open hours and lay off staff due to the financial struggle. Help our small local town have a voice!
