Many people have had their education damaged because of the school strict dress code. It also affects mental health and confidence of many of their students. As a student myself I feel as though I am not properly able to express myself and feel comfortable in how I look because of the schools strict rules, I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels like this. Part of the schools Moto is this = "for all our students to be safe, happy and successful, developing as individuals into caring, responsible citizens equipped for life in the 21st century." If they truly do want us to develop as individuals and to be unique they should not make us all look like Mary Janes. This petition is to sign so we are able to have more freedom in what we look like while having our mental health and confidence improved.
