The customers of Harveys just want good quality goods; we have been sold furniture that is faulty and it is unfair. 
Creation / Bluegroup have taken months to even reply to us. Many customers have been having ongoing issues for over a year. 
Creation / Harveys send Homeserve out who just claim it is not a fault. If it is sinking and uncomfortable, how is it not a fault? 
Why should we have to wait so long for answers? Why should we live with a quality that is not comparable to that in the shop. 
Customers who have saved up their money, during this difficult time, have sofas that will not last a year. Some customers have not even received their sofas still after 11 months of waiting. How is this fair? 
The recliners on sofas are also broken and yet we still have no answers! 
We need someone to listen. We need to stop companies selling furniture that is a different quality to that seen in the shop.
