This petition seeks to demonstrate the widespread support that students at Harvard University and Harvard College have for a public statement by the President of Harvard University on the following points:

• An explicit condemnatation of the Russian government's acts of war in Ukraine. 
• A commitment to materially distance the resources of Harvard University, via the Harvard Management Company, from the Putin regime and those associated with it. 
• An unqualified and substantive commitment to supporting students affected by the crisis and their families, financially, academically and any other means that the students deem necessary.
