For a long time. now there has been a bone of contention regarding busking on the ramp twixt the virgin bank and Hartlepool centrL library. York Road Ts24. I've been too loud. But decibel levels have never been checked to prove this. Then they another excuse. That was causing obstruction. I and others have busked there for years. Without any complaints. And the local council, Clearly not aware of PSo home office guidelines on street entertainment. And i fail to see why a private security firm would be telling me to move from a public footpath. This  Harrassment is clearly affecting my mental state as im on anxiety medication
