Residents of Albury Drive, Pinner, Middlesex are victims of speeding and dangerous drivers who use the road as a short cut.  Over several years there have been countless road traffic incidents, the most common are parked cars being hit by passing traffic, some of whom fail to stop and report.  This has caused unnecessary emotional and financial stress to the victims.  

As the volume of traffic grows, residents are feeling ever more anxious and wish for the local Harrow council to promptly introduce traffic calming measures before a serious incident takes place.  One option would be to reduce road speed from 30mph to 20mph.
