The speeding throughout Harrisbug has got to stop.  Especially through the Harrisburg Park community.  People use Patricia as a racetrack to cut through from Highway 49 to Morehead, so they can get to Highway 29 without stopping. 

We need more police presence on Patricia and speed bumps, to slow these people down.  The speeders are going to kill someone, one day soon.  

By placing speed bumps on Patricia, it will force people to slow down, and maybe even make them stay on 49, and get to 29 using the main roads, vs using the neighborhood as their personal racetrack.
