The owners of Alliance Residential Properties have decided to build a large residential apartment complex
behind our neighborhood Windstone Colony South which comes with no regards to the homeowners/residents of this community.
Due to their actions we are now at risk of diminished property value, light trespass, along with the traffic
generated and have lost all personal privacy. Our families are now in tremendous danger not knowing who our backdoor neighbors will be. They have also decided to place a permanent dumpster for their residents right by the homeowner property line specically right behind one of our community homeowner. This will cause hazardous waste/water flow run off and foul odor in our homes. This will cause pests and unwanted rodents and more.

We, the undersigned, Windstone Colony South property owners and/or residents are concerned citizens,
respectfully petition and who urge the owners of Alliance Residential Properties to act now to build a higher wall for the privacy of the homeowners. As well as to remove the location of a permanent dumpster that is specifically located behind one of the properties and the surrounding neighbors.
