By having a cover built over the skate park there would be numerous  opportunities created for those who currently use the skate park and would attract more people as well.  For those who use the skate park they are losing valuable time due to the Washington weather. No one wants their passion to be lost due not being being able to continuelessly practice. Not everyone has access to the tools at home. Some kids use the skate park as an escape or an outlet and without the cover they are getting lost. With the cover more kids will be able to discover their passion because they will be covered and out of the elements.
