Recently I have seen religious protestors outside of the abortion clinic on upper Tollington Park off of Stroud green road. These protestors have the intention of harassing and intimidating the women that come and go from the clinic. They are entitled to be pro life but are in no way entitled to impose a moral superiority onto women undergoing an incredibly distressing experience with absolutely no intention of supporting the women in the way she needs but only to force their agenda. Haringey council should impose a buffer zone similar to the one that was installed in Ealing to protect women in Haringey and uphold their right to choose and to privacy.
