I'm writing this in frustration for myself and everyone else who lives at Alesio Urban Center in Irving to demand that they, Harbor Management Group, stop price gouging our water bills! I have heard from over 30 people that their APARTMENT water bills are upwards of over $200 this month! The complex across the lake pays $30-$50 per apartment. Water has nearly doubled from when I first moved in over a year ago, when nothing about my water usage has changed. Residents are beyond frustrated and are beginning to wonder if we are instead taking on the complex's water bill as well (pools, irrigation, sprinklers, water usage in the utility room etc). Demand they start billing us correctly!
