On December 17th, 2020 at 1130 am, the board will meet to ratify the budget unless at the meeting a majority of all owners rejects the proposed budget.  A budget that has questionable figures and questionable spending of which the board are reluctant to explain.  We believe the board has recklessly spent unnecessary amounts of money for improvements, security, maintenance etc.  Now they find themselves in a law suit of which no home owner has been informed about and they now need us to bail out the community along with them and their overspending.
