As per the affordable housing policy 2013 the maximum allotment rate for Gurgaon Manesar projects is 4000 per sq. Ft. And this rate is all inclusive it means this is the rate which is maximum that a builder can charge from a allotee and taxes as applicable. As the rate is fixed by dtcp so it is quite understood that they must have kept EDC in that particular rate so EDC is inclusive in it. But at time of possession developers are demanding EDC which is clearly illegal as per policy. It adds extra burden onto our pockets for no reason. So I request to all especially those who have invested in Affordable Housing projects to sign this petition.
