I've been dealing with descrimination being a physicaly  disabled person living in a HUD apartment by the executive director K. Shafer. And this has been an ongoing issue where she's called screaming at me knowing that in my file I have not only physical disabilities as well as PTSD. shes not recognized any complaints. Made files disappear from my lease and has filed non payment of pet deposit for my service dog who's registered with not only the state of But also with our county. All the paperwork is still in and nothing was ever denied when asked by the office. She continues to ignore my requests for a meeting with the head director saying she is the head person. I have filed 3 complaints that were not addressed and I have video of her using maintenance to harass me and try and scare me I to doing what she wants or leave myself and my Son without a home. Who also has developmental disabilities. I'm hoping that with enough signatures I can get the attention of Washington HUD and someone above her to take notice and stop the constant calls and harassment where I have at least 3 to 5 witnesses including my home health aide who has heard her yelling and threatening my living situation.
