Going without Wi-Fi tends to suck, there are many downsides with very few upsides. Google decided to fix this a few years ago, now, when you have no WiFi, you can play a dinosaur game while you wait, by pressing the space bar. It's a fun little game, that makes a bad situation just a little bit better.

But the Hanover School Division blocks this game on all Chromebooks, claiming it violates the Hanover School Division's Terms of Technology Use Agreement when in no part is it a violation of the aforementioned agreement.

The closest is the line in the line in the Chromebook User Agreement, which says, among other things

'Students will only use the Chromebook in ways that are educational and appropriate.'

In what way is the dinosaur game inappropriate? It's just a good way to pass a couple of minutes while the internet is out.
