J.D. Goodman is applying to change the zoning of the Oatman property on Bourne Road (GPIN 7802-52-4105) in Montpelier, Hanover County, Virginia. The property is currently zoned A-1 which requires a minimum of 10 acres per single family residence. Mr Goodman would like to change it to AR-6 and subdivide into 3 - 7 acre lots, allowing him to put 3 homes on 21 acres. This would completely go against the rural composition of Bourne Road and the overall western side of Hanover County. Out of the 69 lots on Bourne Road only 2 are zoned AR-6 and those were done as family splits of much larger lots and were given to relatives.

We, the people signed below, oppose allowing this change of zoning.
