On 167th and Cicero turning right on to the expressway there  is no white line to indicate where to stop, there are hundreds daily that get tickets because there is no white line to stop at... We count on the village of oakforest to make sure all traffic signals, indicators are in place. The village of oakforest has failed to make sure of that in this case... The law states that you must stop before the white line in order to no get flashed by the photo enforcement device, well in this case the white line is not there and hundreds of commuters are being ticketed by this device.... Also the flash on the device does not work which gives people a false sense of the device not working... Also there was no pedestrians present.
