As most of you know local municipalities are trying to implement short-term rental laws or make changes to laws already in place. The Town of Fort Ann has tabled their short-term rental laws and stated they are following other local municipalities closely. The Town of Queensbury has recently announced they plan to alter their current laws, making them more strict and difficult for STR’s. Some of these new proposed laws include limiting the number of days a short-term rental is allowed to rent in one year or requiring a nightly minimum. Rights are never given back, only unethically taken. "A man who stands for nothing will fall for anything."
