I was assaulted in Hamilton County Schools last year, The assault happened by a girl that kept bullying me over and over again. She crawled under my LOCKED bathroom stall, while I was attempting to get dressed for my soccer game.She yelled and screamed at me and then pushed me against the toilet, and then she left my bathroom stall. I found out that night that my assault and battery was videoed by another girl and sent all over social media. I was embarrassed and humiliated to the point where I didn't go back to school the rest of the year. The school did nothing to punish her for her repeated behavior.  The schools teach you that if you try to defend yourself you will face suspension as well as the one causing the fight. I want to bring awareness and I want to help other victims of assault and bullying that it is time to fight back and defend ourselves. Please sign my petition as I want to change Procedures and Policies in the School District as to how the punishment is handled. Too many children, like myself, get ignored by the School and School system. Let's make some changes to help victims fight back.
