Former Ward 5 City Councillor Chad Collins is now an MP which means Ward 5 (Red Hill to Gray Road + Beach Strip) needs a new City Councillor. City Council will either pick a new Councillor themselves OR hold an election in Ward 5 to let residents decide.
City Council should hold an election in Ward 5. Ward 5 residents should get to decide who represents them, not City Council.
