LADWP have been destroying the Owens Valley since the nineteen hundreds! Wouldn't it be nice to stop them once?

Don't pour salt on old wounds. The government screwed up in 1942; a bad decision repeated would be disgraceful, disrespectful, and downright wrong.

I oppose the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power's plan to build its solar energy station so close to the Manzanar National Historic Site.

This development is poorly conceived, detrimental to Paiute Shoshone, the Manzanar Historic Site and is a long distance transmission site. Not efficient, and expensive.
