In a continuing effort to improve the quality of life in Halstead, Harrington and Co. is seeking the opinion of Halstead residents in regards to the permanent use of golf carts on city streets.  We are asking citizens that are interested in supporting this cause to sign the petition. If we find that there is an overwhelming response to the petition, it will be brought to the city manager and asked to be placed on the council agenda for the next meeting. Surrounding communities such as Mount Hope, Bentley and Hesston have already put similar policies into effect successfully.
