To whom it may concern,

I am writing today on behalf of all users of the Halifax transit system to address the issue of lack of accessibility to bus tickets. I have tweeted about this issue multiple times with many people echoing my concerns about this. There are no kiosks or machines that dispense tickets or change at any major terminal. There is not always a shoppers or lawtons in most places to get tickets.

As the city expands and tourism returns to Halifax, it is not a good look when I have to explain to tourists where to get tickets and where they may be able to get change to get on the bus or ferry. 

I'm linking my tweets here so you can hopefully understand where me and dozens of others are coming from.

We are not asking for better routes or more busses or even a system where we can pay with our phones or a reloadable card to swipe.

Just access to tickets. Kiosks, machines, change machines. Something. Every city I've been to, anywhere in the world, has access to bus tickets at all major stops and terminals. Except this one. It's time.
