CALDWELL Road in Cole Harbour has a speed and traffic flow issue. 

It is a residential area with a low speed limit that is ignored by the majority of drivers. 

Between Portland Street and Shearwater there are no stop signs to break up the fast flow of traffic. 

There are no electric slow down signs posted Or speed bumps to dissuade those who ignore the speed limit. 

Recently, there have been a few accidents involving people coming out of their driveways on CALDWELL Road onto the street. People going to fast are unable to stop in time. 

There is a school on the street with elementary age students. Every day they are vulnerable. 

Please Halifax Regional Municipality, address this issue before somebody dies due to speed and aggressive traffic flow. 

Periodic stop signs? Lights? Speed bumps? Please fix this issue.
