Wonderful News!

The Trailer Park Boys management team has approved of our proposal 100% to commemorate their 20th anniversary!

Here is their plan that only improves our initial idea:

“The Boys suggested turning the old set loop into a walking path and have pics of the old Sunnyvale set as you walk the loop. You could see pic's of Ray's dump, characters trailers, where all the RV's were parked etc.”

Such a unique idea; a modest Trailer Park Boys would be a great tribute on Bissett Rd park land.  It was where it was filmed for many years and it would be an appropriate tribute to our hometown stars. Great tourist attraction for the area.  A nice healthy walk for fans!

This would not interfere with plans for a garden or a dog park.

The former Halifax County Rehabilitation Centre Lands are being developed as a park on the site where the Trailer Park Boys set once stood.

Cole Harbour is also where show creators Mike Clattenburg, Robb Wells and JP Tremblay grew up. They are all Cole Harbour High Grads and well liked by many who grew up here and well known internationally with a huge cult following.

Tourists and locals can visit the spot where these Canadian icons filmed most of their modern comedy classic.
