Why this petition matters

Started by Michael Warren

Petro America a Kansas Corp., America's 1st publicly traded Black owned Oil Company was forced to shut down after it's CEO Owen Hawkins and other shareholders  were accused of operating a scam business. Although witness testimony and contractual documents were readily available to be produced as evidence, they were not allowed by the court. Consequently, 1,000's of shareholders were denied the opportunity to share, for the 1st time, in the American dream. This is a clear cut case of economic disenfranchisement!

Please help us to right this wrong by joining us to petition Congress to investigate this serious miscarriage of justice. There are many similarities between Petro America's story and the  Black Wall Street Story that occurred over a hundred years ago! Both experienced disenfranchisement due to actions taken against them.

We believe that this is the season to address such apparent disparities in this "grand ole nation" of ours. We hope that after reading this you will be inspired to join us in our effort to be heard! Please share Petro's story with as many of your friends who love justice and the truth. Help us as we seek to unite as many as possible under the banner of this VERY IMPORTANT CAUSE!!!!
