We want officer Lucas hold accountable for his multiple actions as his duty is the protect and serve not Violate human rights!!!! We want him out of our community!!! We want justice for all who have fell victim to his injustice way of handling situations here in our community , we want you to recognize the wrong he has done To multiple ppl in this community !!!!! We want our community to be on one page and that’s the right page to work together to brings us together , I made a official complaint with the Hagerstown police department last summer summer of 2019 and all I got is a phone call saying they will look into it I have tried to reach the chief of police multiple times without being able to that’s why this petition was started !!!
