Please help us convince our CEO and School Board to let us play this week. Although they are bringing back the students in person until 1 P.M, they are canceling after-school sports. This is even after they let us play indoor last year when we were fully remote and the widespread availability of vaccines was not available. None of the players are at significant risk of negative outcomes for Covid and we are mostly vaccinated. This is not about the health of our student-athletes, this is just to say "they are doing something". 

We deserve to be able to play this season and in front of fans like all of the other schools in our league are doing. We have done it all fall with volleyball games safely and there have been no significant outbreaks that have come from our games or practices. There is no reason we cannot do the same with winter athletics. We have seen complete seasons completely taken away from us in the last two years and especially our seniors deserve to play their final year with no restrictions or interruptions. We have worked very hard since we were kids for this season, so please help convince our school not to ruin another season and do right by their student-athletes.
