**Help me hold Mon Valley Habitat For Humanity to their Promise!***

Residents of the North Hills (especially those located on Bergamont and Tremont st.) Are well aware of the significant damages caused by the heavy machinery Habitat used while constructing their duplexes on Bergamont Street the past couple years. Despite the many promises made by their organization to repave Bergamont Street this has still NOT happened. These are PRIVATE STREETS! Not only has this caused damage to people's personal property/vehicles but can damage the snow removal equipment used to clear our roads.  The current condition of Bergamont street having such large Potholes also makes it very hard for the trucks to plow snow and ice.  Habitat for humanity has made plans to pave the driveways of their duplexes, but according to the company they contracted there was NO proposal made with them to repave Bergamont Street.  I am asking ALL residents to sign this petition requesting that they KEEP their Promises and not only repave the street they damaged but they REFRAIN from using /transporting anymore heavy machinery on our streets causing further damages.( With the acception of repaving Bergamont street and making necessary repairs toward the properties damaged by them) As a private community we can NOT allow the destruction of our streets and vehicles to continue!!
