H.M.P Prison Services I suspect its H.M.P BULLINGDON and the justice system need to hang their head in shame. 

I didnt want everybody to know my business and I thought I closed the door on this but unfortunately it seems that's not to be the case � Less than two years ago I sat in a court room as a survivor to be told that the man who sexually abused me over a 4 year period finally had been sentenced to 6 years in prison. I sat in that court for the second time a 25 year old woman I waited years for justice to be served. ALAN KEENAN now known as ALAN MCKENZIE MACDONALD was to be on trial at Salisbury crown court when I was 10 but as we approached the trial date Alan sacked all his barristers therefore enabling a new date to be made (a deceitful ploy to buy time) fast forward a few months later and I’m sat in a room waiting in court to be told he has absconded to new Zealand. My mum told them to take his passport, they didn’t. I was then told there was no way possible of Alan being extradited. Year or so later police knock my door to tell me that he can be extradited they got the paperwork wrong...would I like to go ahead. I know absolutely shocking. Of course I said yes. Another year or two passed and nothing so I follow up ask that things be hurried up this has gone on to long. I’m then told that the chance of getting him back is non existent and I was to just try to get on with my life and forget it. Off i go for another few years before I grew stronger and thought more has to be done. It was then at 22 I sent an email to Wiltshire police to say that I hard been treated unfairly and improperly and I would be seeking legal advice to sue for negligence. 24 hours later I had an email offering me an appointment. At that appointment I dealt with a new officer which said he wanted to take a look at the case I agreed I gave them all the information I had that I guessed he was in New Zealand. Less than a week and he was found, with a changed name..he had applied for a taxi license in this new name and then found out he had gone to the trouble to change his name you guessed it to avoid being caught when he came back to the u.k but not just any part..oh no straight back to Salisbury to see family! The new officer asked another member of the force to help get him back this officer was beyond brilliant he really did do his job and supported me throughout the trial I really can’t thank him enough. So he was extradited after trying to pull many loopholes including not guilty and appealing courts decisions to higher courts this went on for over a year feeling like i was on trial, but we won. Fast forward to him coming back. He was still pleading not guilty and only at the last minute did he change his mind (advised he would get less time and applauded for his honesty!) So after the background here is what I’m so so distraught about. 6 years he was sentenced to in February 2017 and now I’m sent a letter saying H.M.P and the probation service has assessed him as being eligible for release to an OPEN PRISON!! It gets worse..in an open prison after a 3 month trial you can often move on to your release address!! Now I want to know NAMES OF WHO is going to hold themselves accountable for this decision. Open prisons are based on trust I want the people that have made this decision to tell me how this man is trustworthy? He has absconded in the past, he has changed his name to stay hidden he only admitted guilt to get less time not because he was sorry! The whole system needs to wake up!! He abused a little 7yr old girl who will never fully recover from that but two years and a slap on the wrist? This cant be right. He has served less Than two years of a six year sentence how is that right? It was only a few days ago a paedophile walked out of an open prison and tried to kidnap a child IN SCHOOL! Why are we saying that this sort of person is safe in our community? He should not be eligible for anything less than a prison without spending half of his sentence. Nobody can take my pain away but I only stood up to save others so if the prison service won’t keep our children safe then we need to educate ourselves. Paedophiles come in all shapes and sizes there is no one glove fits all. Feel free to share and make people aware..maybe some public knowledge could help me challenge this decision if not at least we can all be aware of the name of yet another beast deemed no risk to the public! The whole system needs shaking up it was only a couple of days ago I read about a survivor having to speak out because her Rapist has been given permission for access to see his child the uks justice system is warped and quite obviously for supporting the perpetrator not the survivor!!
