The property behind my house is zoned R100 residential which is fine. But to zone it R60 means they can double the houses. Most if not all residential zoning in the Brookwood  community is R100. If we let this property be rezoned to R60 it will set a precedent that all R100 residential can be change to R60 which means. More houses more cars and an even more strain on our school system. The other issue with this is Mountain View rd is only wide enough for one car and the developer is only responsible for a small portion of the road. It will require major work to be safe for the community. It would be unsafe to walk after adding 19 house and roughly 40 cars .
