I attach an article by Professor Vera Bergelson (Rutgers Law School, New Jersey) that argues for de-criminalisation of ACI in all America. Cheers. Hope you will somehow spread the word or the petition. People are in jail and going to jail and losing their kids for this non-crime, and they should be able to have a peaceful happy married life.
