From Columbine to El Paso, mass shootings have plagued America and it's people. Now is the time to be more assertive in the efforts to stop gun abuse. By signing this Gun Restriction and Abuse Act, you will be aiding in better laws to restrict gun ownership and adjust the applicant/ownership age to 21-years-old. The owner(s)/applicant(s) must register for ownership and licensing through their local police departments and must be placed on file in a police database of gun owners/applicants in their counties and states. 

The CWP (Concealed Weapons Permit) must be changed to a CWL (Concealed Weapons License) and must be with the gun owner at all times,updated every 2 years and all guns owned must be registered through the owner(s)/applicant(s) county police department. Guns may ONLY be purchased through verified dealers and ALL owners are required to register all guns owned AND  themselves through their local police department. In addition, one (1) CWL may cover ONLY three guns and any more must be covered under sperate CWL's that must stay current, active, and legal.  

The punishments for illegal ownership, or abuse, will result in $650 to $500K fines, 70 years to life in jail should a court of law deem the offense serious enough, or the death penalty should the offense be considered an act of domestic terrorism. However, ANY/ALL uses of guns to commit mass shootings will result in an immediate death penalty sentencing in a court of law, or death by lethal force from police officer, or armed federal official.

As an added measure, ALL social media sites are REQUIRED to alert local and national authorities of pictures, posts, or comments by gun owners that are threatening, intimidating, gang-related or pro-gangland, inspire/encourage hatred, or are used to threaten/bully/promote violence against people, educational establishments, religious establishments, and businesses in America.  

We need to fight back and end this disgusting abuse of our 2nd Amendment Rights!!
