Save Archer Elementary School

Save Archer Elementary School
Why this petition matters

Archer Elementary School was named after Fredrick Archer, The superintendent of Greensboro City Schools from 1917-1928. Archer has been a pilar of Greensboro for many, many years. Archer is a mix between culturally diverse back grounds that come together and thrive.
If the halls of Archer Elementary could talk, they would tell you the story of young minds being molded into caring and strong future leaders. Archer exceeds the expectations of a “neighborhood school” and deserves the opportunity to continue to be an amazing influence to all the students, and teachers who know and love this amazing school.
Archer is in danger of being closed by Guilford County Schools, and Erwin Montessori School will be put in its place. It will no longer hold the neighborhood students or teachers of Archer Elementary School. These students and teachers will be torn apart and sent all over the county. Please stand with me and petition the Guilford County School Board to save Archer Elementary School. “For even the smallest minds, can one day become the greatest teachers”-kh
