Squaw Valley has been the life of Giants Ridge for many years now; So much so that Giants Ridge is arguably known as “Squaw Ridge”. It has been known that name Squaw Valley will be changed to something different. This is not okay. It will change the entire atmosphere of this remarkably sacred place. Who will be doing “Caw Caw Caws” like birds anymore? Nobody. Nothing will ever be the same once the Squaw Valley sign gets taken down. Nothing. Please do the right thing and sign this petition.
