Give Girl Scouts a Fair Share of their Girl Scout Cookie Sales

Currently, Girl Scout troops across our country receive varying amounts from cookie sales, from as low as $.40 (possibly even less) to the rare council who gives the girls $.90 or more per box. Our council gives us $.57 per $4 box - less than 15%. This is the only fundraiser we are allowed to do at the Daisy level in our council.
I am asking GSUSA to ensure that each troop across our nation receives the same amount per box of cookies sold - 25% of the cost of the box.
GSUSA has sold the cookie branding to company after company who now compete with our girls selling cookies outside the grocery store. It is unfair to the troops who sit out in the cold weekend after weekend selling cookies to receive such a small percentage of the sales. The troops use this money for activities and events for the girls.
Giving directly to the troop and the troop leaders who know the girls best and can let the girls vote on how to spend the money they've earned is the right thing to do.
Change your policy throughout the nation, GSUSA - 25% directly to the girls selling your product!
