Builder Hero'Realty Pvt Ltd in Haridwar green uttarakhand is charging GST on maintenance charges for my flat in T-6, 306 which is not applicable and inspite of repeated requests is not reversing the same . I am a senior citizen of India and depends on the my savings do not have any other income. This is causing hardship to many people like me. In the name of Central taxes builders are troubling owners which needs to be addressed on priority basis also I have sent email to be concerned authorities of GST on their email address but till now no solution is offered
