We are asking for support for a new community to be built off of Kendrick Road and Robinwood Road. We believe this community will contribute to the growth and expansion of gastonia as a whole in a positive way by adding much needed luxury multi family housing to the area. We also believe that the plans constructed do not affect the neighboring communities in a negative manner and will in fact help the area to prosper economically and assist in stabilizing the rental market.
