As many Grimsby Secondary students know, student council election day is coming up very soon. One student, in particular, Harman Sandhu, spent a lot of time and effort campaigning to vote for him in the Vice President role. His #votebrown campaign gained a lot of traction, and he had many students rooting for him to win the role in the student council. He spent a lot of time campaigning around the school, and even attended Grimsby's home-opening football game, to try and get him even more votes. After trailing 21-0, Grimsby came back and won the game 23-21 with a game-winning field goal. In all the excitement after the game, all the players and Harman ran out onto the field to celebrate. The school Principal, Mr. Miller saw this happen and decided that Harman was no longer allowed to run for the Student Council Vice President because of his actions. We believe this wasn't a fair decision, and that Harman should still be able to run for Vice President. Help us change Mr. Miller's mind by signing this petition! #justiceforbrown
