Over the last year, multiple accounts of racism, prejudice, and unprofessional demeanor have been reported involving, the, at Park and Paseo. 

These accounts have involved an extensive abuse of power with yelling, rude body language, demeaning facial expressions, and outright unprofessional attitude towards many residents especially those of Asian or Hispanic background

is known to point in people's faces and is unwilling to listen, compromise or even apologize for errors onpart.  When residents question or ask to clarify policies always makes up excuses with poor explanations and is condescending.  

These incidents have been reported to management time and time again with no follow-up or accountability for actions.  

Greystar and its leadership should be ashamed for allowing someone with this poor reputation to represent them.   The residents of this community are hard-working professionals and should be treated with the utmost customer service skills and basic human kindness. 

We the residents at Park and Paseo request that Grestar hold the accountable and ask to resign or we will continue to escalate our voice until action is taken.
