My brother was wrongfully accused and sentenced to 20 years for a crime he didn’t commit. The deceased is our mother’s baby brother which is our uncle , we rushed our uncle to the hospital & told police everything that happened that night. they allowed the shooter to flee all the way to Louisville Kentucky. , My brothers had been incarcerated an entire year before they found my cousin Maurice Norton . Maurice Norton killed my uncle Brandon young in front of me and my brother Maurice Williams , my brother Maurice Williams was sentence to 20 years in prison 2018 it’s 2021 my brother is still in prison for a murder he didn’t commit and he did everything he was suppose to by law and order complied wrote statements and came back to speak with detective when asked they didn’t have a warrant issued they called him for further questioning he stop everything and came right in ! They locked him up and was gone every since , I was subpoenaed to stand trails , the prosecutor refused to allow me to stand trail , the prosecutor withheld evidence of Norton’s video arraignment and also his statement the prosecutor painted my brother out to be a murder when in reality we tried to save my uncle life after our cousin shot him in the face. We rushed him to the hospital we complied we still are at 3 loss my uncle Brandon young my brother Maurice Williams and the suspect my cousin Maurice Norton . Something have to be done. What the prosecutor did to my brother is deprivation of rights & habeas corpus my brother is INNOCENT !!!!!
