Almont Fans Spat On Detroit Athletes, Use Racial Slurs At H.S. Game, Football Coach Says.
The physical and verbal assaults (chanting racial slurs) assault against Denby High School Athletes , Students , and Administration were not just criminal but repulsively egregious. These adults who committed such repulsive acts role modeled DOMESTIC TERRORISM BEHAVIOR/HATE CRIMES. Teaching and influencing their children to act uncivilized inducing criminal behavior.
The Denby high school counselor -Bob Burg stated that “It was the first time in my life that I have been ashamed to be a white man.”

Today I witnessed something that made me sick. Racism and bigotry still run rampant in this country. It was the first time in my life that I have been ashamed to be a white man.”
We are asking for the Federal Government to bring forth DOMESTIC TERRORIST /Hate Crime charges against the parents- spectators ( but not limited too) of The Almont Community Schools District ( Lapeer County township) for the assault against Denby High School Students, parents, and administration (but not limited too).

“SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - A man who intentionally spat at another can be charged with criminal assault, a U.S. appeals court ruled on Wednesday. ... “Intentionally spittingon another person is an offensive touching that rises to the level of simple assault,” the three-judge panel wrote.Mar 9, 2007.”
You could get charged with battery if you hit, slap, poke, or spiton another person. MichiganPenal Code section 750.81 states that the penalty for simple assaultand battery is 93 days in jail along with an optional fine of $500.

Detroit Charter Commissioner at City of Detroit Government and a Community Activist -Joanna Underwood:
“The Derby high school children are going receive counseling but that's not good enough
we want they football program to be suspended Almont and the MICHIGAN SPORT LEAGUE of HIGH SCHOOLS ASSOCIATIONS
needs to terminate their football program for what they did. They spat on our children threw food at them
and use racial slurs at them!!”
