My partners and I are trying to legalize penguins in Ontario. We feel the need to be allowed to have penguins in our households if households meet the living conditions and requirements for comfortable lives. For example heat, socialization, room, food and water, and fun lives. We have researched all the essential needs for sustainable living conditions, and feel that this is a reasonable goal for many Ontarians.
