Appeal Arbitrators decision that pays less than the prevaling wage!

In turning down a Local 237 Elevator Contract, that offered our members only 2 days off a year, we are now being forced to accept a contract wage "determined by an arbitrator" that is set at less than the prevailing wage determined by the NYC comptroller. We would like to have the entire negotiation process to be reviewed for legal aspects and also challenge the assumption that this contract was negotiated in good faith. Our membership was never offered all the contract options, details or supplemental package break down.
