People of Texas started this petition to Governor of Texas Greg Abbott and
Texas State Holiday, "McConaughey Day" is a proposal to the people of Texas to come together and celebrate not only the values of our State, but the people that best embody those same values. On November 4th of the calendar year, we propose State recognition in celebrating Texans, our values, and our home, the beautifully rugged Lone Star State.
