Offenders are people too! There are precautions we can take during visits to prevent the spread of any infections viruses or other things that may enter from outside sources. Staff are just as likely if not more likely to infect the inmates due to contact daily. Its a violation of our basic human rights to cut us off from our loved ones for a year or more when they are already being punished for their crimes. Its causing an increase in violence and drug use among inmates. Mental health status of inmates, family and friends is declining rapidly and we are ready for a change. I am starting this as a way to let everyones voices be heard when so many seem to be forgotten in this world. We need some kind of hope and we have seen very little if any at this moment. If we can open restaurants and bars i do not see why we cant open visitation as well. Thank you for your time and please help!
