Hi, my name is Liliana Villa. I am family to victim Vanessa Villa, a 11year old that was raped and murder by offender Juan Sugundo in 1986. He is also the murder of 4 other women in Fort Worth TX, and has left behind some living victims as well. We are asking that you please help us put a stop to his  where he is  claiming mental  dementia to get away with not completing his sentence and conviction of the death penalty, he is asking for a second chance to live, a second chance that my loved one Vanessa Villa didn’t have because of his cruel and heart less action. He was supposed to of been executed on 10/10/2018 and his appeal stopped this punishment, we need of your help to put and end to this, as my family and I need to finally have the  closure and peace in our hearts.
