Gov. Greg Abbott announced to reopen Texas and I believed it is too early to reopen because coronavirus cases are still growing.

On the day the state reopened, there are 97 new cases in Harris County outside the city of Houston and one new death. With Houston and Harris County combined together, there are 6,300 cases. The day before Texas reopens, Texas reported 50 more deaths. Overall, there are 1,000 new cases in three weeks.
