We, the undersigned hereby object to the proposed development of 56 Townhouses and waiver for visitors parking (application a24449) at 1090 Mickelham Rd, Greenvale: based on the following considerations:

• Adversely impact the quality of living and privacy for future and current residents of Providence Estates through increased demand for waste removal, with lack of green spaces, lack of community spaces, increased noise, air and litter pollution
• developer has amended original plans from low density residential to medium density living  i.e 2 and 3 story townhouses
• advertised Providence Village has been rezoned, modified and reduced in size.
• Townhouses do not reflect the developers original sales plan 
• Purchaser profile will change and not suit expectations and needs of the current home owner’s profile
• Adversely impact traffic as there is currently one entry point, local roads and shared paths are already inadequate
