Greenbrier County schools should be closed or remote until after the New Year, or until the cases decrease and it is safe to return to in person education. The color coded map is unreliable as there is such a high number of individuals being tested for work and testing negative that the results are skewed in our percent positive daily rate compared to our active cases.  By sending our students to school, you should understand the concerns of your community parents and teachers, and until the government and leadership can come up with a factual and reliable method to determine these factors instead of business benefiting tables endangering our family members and children. Unless of course, if no one is in danger, to which point we should have some factual basis.
